BESIDES THIS WEBSITE DDI SALES AT LIVE EVENTS AND DURING LIVE FACEBOOK SALES. MOST OF THESE POLICIES ARE IN REGARD TO THOSE SALES.

PAYMENTS AT EVENTS OR AFTER LIVE FEED SALES: 

For invoicing during my live feed sales or for prearranged sales, Druzy Does It (DDI) currently sends all invoices through PayPal. We accept  Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and cash online as well as in-person shows.   

New customers please send a message with your choice of payment details: Email (with zip code for shipping estimate), or intent of alternate payment details, Venmo, Cash App, or cash during Porch Pick Up etc. 

On this store site your payment options are PayPal or with credit card. If other terms are needed, pleasse contact us. 

CLAIMS AND EVENT SALES: 

Most items offered by DDI are cross posted on social media.  First come, first serve. The first person to claim “sold” gets the item. This is based off of my phone and time. Most of the time when you claim item(s) it will always show you as the first person to claim.  Claims will be verified by a response of “You got it!” during live shows, the first person to claim sold/item/price gets the item.  Please no trades, or swaps for other items or with other people during the live shows.  We are doing our best to keep up with the claims and normal requests during shows.   ***Please be aware that a claim is as legitimate as putting an item  on the counter at a retail store.  If we have too many put backs and/or cancels, we will have to restrict access to the business page/shows.***    

OPEN BOX ORDERS: 

DDI is happy to provide open box orders to allow customers to get the most out of their money paid for shipping, or to hold wanted items until payment can be arranged.  A $20 OR 10%  non refundable deposit will be required to start an open box.  The deposit will apply toward final payment.  I will set this up when I send out the initial invoices after show(s) or claimed Facebook items. If your deposit is not received within 7 days after the initial invoice is sent your items will be returned.   Please pay in full within 30 days.  The deposit will be forfeited if no other payments and/or no communication with me is made to set up payment arrangements. Items will be returned to stock, and the invoice will be cancelled.   I am happy to work with you IF you maintain communication.  I don't know until I know.   The open box balance due is limited to $200.  If you keep payment up to date you may keep adding to the open box as long as the current balance remains under $200 or arrangements have been communicated.  It is your responsibility to let us know if you want to use the open box option as well as payment arrangements. PayPal sends us updates when payments are made.  It is also your responsibility to let me know when you are ready to have your open box shipped by paying in full and/or by messaging me.  After 48 hours of receiving your paid in full open box order & I have not heard from you, I will ship your items.   

SHIPPING:   DDI offers shipping service to the continental United States only.  USPS will be the primary carrier used for shipping.  We will do our best to find the most affordable choice for shipping.  Shipping will be made within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.  

ON SITE VISITS: We are no longer allowing on site appointments at our warehouse. We travel usually once a month to local markets to display our products. If you are wanting to purchase or see a particular crystal please contact us and we will do our best to bring it with us.    

PORCH PICK UP OR MEET UP: We do allow porch pick ups available by scheduling via FB Messenger 7 days a week.  If you are local and in the Elizabethtown, Hodgenville or Radcliff KY area I make several trips a week to town and I can meet you during these times; please message me for times.
