I pride myself in picking each crystal individually. Tumbles & Palmstones are seen when purchased, but purchased in bulk. That being said, tumbles & palmstones will be chosen at random. The pictures are of the quality you will receive, not necessarily the one you will receive. I will choose the best quality for each order. If there is only 1 item at a specific cost, you will receive that item. Please keep in mind that all crystals are unique in quality so there will be variation of shape, size & color(s). It is rare that we have any misfits, but if I do find them when packing orders I will never ship broken, chipped or cracked crystals without notification & clarification.
